Bedrooms

All the bedrooms are different, decorated simply, enhancing their original style. The house has eight double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms to fit sixteen people comfortably. Extra beds and cots are available, so it is a perfect place for families and groups.

All the bedrooms include comfortable and modern beds, a wardrobe, flat-screen TV, refrigerator, air conditioning and heating. Bed linen, towels and hair dryer also available.

Living rooms and dining room

There are several living rooms and a separate dining room with a service area. The living rooms on the ground floor lead to the cosy and peaceful courtyard. The main room has a beautiful corner with a fireplace.

Kitchen and service

The kitchen is spacious, modern and functional. There is an area to prepare and cook food that is separate from the dining area, and a private room for the laundry and ironing. It is equipped with all kinds of accessories and small appliances to make your holidays more comfortable.

Courtyard, summer dining area and living room

There are several settings outdoors. The charming ‘clastra’ (traditional Majorcan courtyard) is designed to be a summer living room with comfortable sofas for relaxing. On the terrace there is a practical barbecue and a pleasant dining area overlooking the valley and the mountains.

Outdoors and swimming pool with terrace

The house is surrounded by terraced fields, and the swimming pool and terrace, where you can enjoy the stunning view. The swimming pool area is equipped with services and a wonderful terrace with an area with sun loungers to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Games and entertainment

At Biniforani Nou you can enjoy several leisure areas with fitness equipment, table tennis, foosball, etc.
