Our rural houses in Majorca, Finca Biniforani Nou and Finca Barcelona, are situated in the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, where the natural and cultural wealth of the landscape has earned the UNESCO World Heritage Site designation.
Thanks to its exceptional location between the sea and the mountains, it is the perfect place for visiting the wonderful towns, coves and ports on the north coast of Majorca, for cycling, hiking in the mountains and travelling to other parts of the island. It is also ideal if all you want to do is relax and enjoy the charm of the estate while exploring the grounds, relaxing in the courtyard, taking a refreshing dip in the pool or enjoying the view of the valley from the terrace.
The Finca Biniforani Nou villa is located in a peaceful rural setting, surrounded by terraced olive groves, woods and mountains.
It is situated a few kilometres from the popular town of Sóller, with its famous port and the picturesque villages of Fornalutx and Biniaraix, and very close to Bunyola, a small town made up of winding alleyways and staircases and a bustling main square.
In the area surrounding Biniforani you’ll find it easy to enjoy the charm and peacefulness of the Mediterranean country life. You can go for a walk on the grounds of the estate, climb the mountains nearby, visit the beautiful Sóller Valley and its bustling centre, practise water sports in the idyllic Port de Sóller, discover the historical gardens of Alfabia, explore the valley and town of Orient, visit the wine-growing area and the traditional market of Santa María, stroll through Sa Comuna park in Bunyola, etc.
You can discover the coast and the beautiful landscape of Valldemossa, Deià, Llucalcari, Fornalutx, Torrent de Pareis… which captivated the Archduke Ludwig Salvator of Austria, Chopin and George Sand, Robert Graves, Miró, Michael Douglas… and many other artists.
Don’t forget to travel from Bunyola to Sóller on the historical wooden train, and in Sóller you can catch the charming tram that will take you to the port through beautiful orange groves. From the port you can sail to Sa Calobra and visit Torrent de Paréis. A magical journey and, without doubt, a memorable experience.
It only takes a few minutes from Biniforani Nou to get to the beach and the Sóller marina, a golf course, several equestrian centres, a tennis and paddle tennis club, etc. There are also many walks, and cultural and cycling routes. Visit ‘La ruta de la pedra en sec’.
Biniforani Nou is about 15 minutes from the popular Port de Sóller and the capital, Palma; 7 minutes from Bunyola and 20 minutes from the airport. There are regular bus and train services to the rest of the island from Bunyola and Sóller.
You’ll love Majorca. Come and enjoy it!
